CA (Dr) Manoj Chaudhary holds a postgraduate degree in Commerce and
bachelor’s degrees in Law and Commerce. He has qualified the
Information Audit Assessment Test and completed certificate courses
in Forensic Accounting and Fraud Detection, as well as Cooperative
Studies. He has earned a PhD from Silver Oak University, with his
research focused on the digitization of APMC systems.
Manoj is a founding partner of MANJ Group,a
multi-disciplinary Chartered Accountants and advisory firm. He plays
a key role in shaping the firm’s strategic direction and leads
assignments involving advisory, institutional consulting, and
large-scale project execution.
With more than 17 years of professional experience, Manoj has worked
on several large and impactful projects across different parts of
India. His areas of expertise include project management, business
development, market and data assessment, institutional capacity
building, SOP development, process improvement, product
standardization, certification and regulatory compliance, and
entrepreneurship development.
He has worked closely with the Agriculture Department of the
Government of Gujarat and has provided consultancy services to more
than 250 APMCs across the state. He has been actively involved in
conceptualizing and developing the Private APMC model in Gujarat and
continues to provide end-to-end professional support to these
markets.
In addition, Manoj serves as a professional director at the
NABARD-supported Incubation Center at Dantiwada Krushi University,
where he contributes to mentoring and supporting agri-based startups
and enterprises.
Manoj comes from a farming family and has a strong connection with
agriculture at the ground level. His father was a progressive
farmer, and Manoj continues this legacy through his own farming
activities. At his native place, he has undertaken plantation of
more than 5,000 trees, reflecting his long-term commitment to
sustainable agriculture and rural development.
