CA Niteshkumar Delvadiya is a Commerce Graduate and Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA). He has completed several post-qualification certificate courses conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), strengthening his expertise across audit, assurance, and financial reporting domains.

His certifications include Diploma in Information Systems Audit (DISA), Forensic Accounting and Fraud Detection (FAFD), Internal Audit, Concurrent Audit, Audit of Co-operative Societies, and Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS). These qualifications enable him to handle complex, technology-driven, and large-scale audit engagements with precision.

Niteshkumar is a founding partner of MANJ Group, a multi-disciplinary Chartered Accountants and advisory firm. He heads the Audit and Assurance function of the firm and is responsible for overall audit quality, engagement planning, risk assessment, review of critical audit areas, and finalization of audit reports.

In addition to client-facing responsibilities, he also oversees the administrative and operational management of the firm, ensuring structured workflows, effective use of technology, disciplined execution, and consistent service delivery across assignments.

With a professional career that began in January 2008, CA Niteshkumar Delvadiya has over 17 years of experience in handling internal audits, statutory audits, GST compliance audits, and process reviews for large listed and unlisted organizations.

He has managed and led audit engagements for more than 10 organizations with annual turnovers exceeding ₹5,000 crore, demonstrating strong capability in handling scale, complexity, and multi-location operations. He has worked extensively in ERP-driven environments, including SAP, Oracle, and other enterprise-level internal systems, allowing for seamless integration of audit procedures with client systems.

A strong proponent of technology-enabled auditing, he focuses on maximum utilization of digital tools, data-driven analysis, and risk-based methodologies to deliver high-quality audit outcomes with optimal manpower deployment. His work consistently emphasizes process strengthening and risk mitigation to support sustainable business operations.

Coming from a small village background, CA Niteshkumar Delvadiya is a first-generation Chartered Accountant whose professional journey has been shaped by curiosity, perseverance, and continuous self-learning.
